The Acalanes Union High School District offers students the chance to take review classes during the Summer. Incoming 10-12th grade students wishing to improve grades can repeat courses in Biology, History, Math, English, and Spanish. Students may also take courses to prepare for the CAHSEE exam, and non-graduating Seniors are able to retake key Senior courses in order to graduate.
2012 Summer School registration materials appear below. The Acalanes Summer School will be offered at Acalanes High School through 2 programs -- General Summer School (Session I: June 18 - July 6 for semester 1; Session II: July 9 - July 26 for semester 2) will host students needing to improve D and F grades in certain subjects, while Acalanes Center for Independent Study Summer School (Sessions I : June 18 - July 6) will host students wishing to improve D and F grades in other subjects for both semesters. Be sure to keep a close eye on registration due dates to ensure your student submits their application on time.
