'NEW" Dream Appreciation
This class will explore several aspects of nightly dreaming and working with one's dreams. The participants will be taught how to increase dream recall, record dreams, and learn about dream symbology. Participants will experiment with ways of working with their own dreams using individual writing and/or drawing exercises. (4 weeks)
