The Junior Intake Form is a way for us to get to know you better so that we can guide you through the first steps of your college process. Please be sure to complete it and send it us 48-hours prior to your one-to-one junior meeting. To complete the form:
- Make a copy
- Put your name in the title of the new document you created
- Email it to the college advisor you are scheduled to meet
