The Junior Intake Form is a way for us to get to know you better so that we can guide you through the first steps of your college process. Please be sure to complete it and send it to us 24 hours before your one-on-one junior meeting. To complete the form:
- Make a copy of the Junior Intake Form
- Name the copy using your First Name and Last Name - JIF (example: Stephanie Brady - JIF)
- Share your completed form with the person you are meeting for your Junior Meeting
- Grant editing permission
- Allow "Anyone in the Acalanes Union High School District"
