• Welcome to the Acalanes Union High School District Registration page. All AUHSD students must complete the annual registration process. Following are the  registration steps for the 2019-2020 school year. Please visit your school's registration page for additional information and appropriate links. 

    2019-2020 Registration Process


    If you are an incoming 9th grader or new to the district, you must verify residency in person (with current ID) at the school site. 


     Step 1: Annual Residency Verification (Available July 29)

     All AUHSD students must complete annual residency verification.

    • Incoming 9th grader or new to the district must verify residency in person (with current ID) prior to completing online registration.
    • Returning students may complete residency online or in person.  
    • Parent/Guardian must supply one item from each group showing name and residence address: 

    Group 1

    Group 2

    Current Rental/Lease Agreement    

          WITH  the following: 

         -Parent/Guardian name(s)

         -Manager or owner name & telephone number

         -Verification of occupancy for 2019-20 school year

     *  Does NOT include rented portions of a house or apartment or agreements formulated by relatives

     Current Property Tax Bill  (online copies not accepted)

     Current Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance 

           Policy or Declarations (not a bill/statement)


    Current State or Federal Tax Returns

          WITH  W-2 or 1099 attached

     Current Payroll Check Stub

          WITH  name & address (not a personal check)

     Current dated correspondence from an official government agency not used in group 1:

    • IRS/Social Security/Child Support/Foster Care
    • Voter Registration/Polling information (if recent reg. in CA)
    • Jury Summons/Subpoena
    • ANY Current Document from Federal, State, or County agency excluding DMV


    Step 2: Online Registration and Webstore (Available July 25)

     All students must complete Online Registration using SchoolMint. Links to SchoolMint will be available on July 25.

    • Incoming 9th grader or new to the district must verify residency in person (with current ID) prior to completing online registration.


     Step 3: Walk Through/Pick up Class Schedule (August 12)

     Please follow your school's instructions to complete the walk through process. 


    Additional Information:

    • If you cannot supply one item from each group above, you must contact the District Office as your first step. Call Student Services at (925) 280-3900, ext. 6629.
    • New students must also provide current transcripts from their last school to help facilitate class placement.
    • California schools are required to collect immunization records for all new student admissions at TK/Kindergarten through 12th grade. For more information, visit www.shotsforschool.org .
    • Interdistrict Transfer Students can verify residency by submitting a copy of the AUHSD transfer approval letter for the current school year as documentation.
    • Due to Staff Development days, school offices will be closed Thursday, August 8th and the morning of Friday, August 9th, reopening from 1pm-4pm.


    First Day of School is August 13, 2019.
