Residency Verification

When accessing Resiency Verification forms, please use a Chrome browser and log into a Google account prior to beginning. Our forms are Google forms and you must be logged into a Google account to access them. AUHSD students have school-issued Google accounts and these can be used if parents/guardians do not have personal accounts. Please note, some plug-ins make access to the forms challenging.
