The cost of classes are supported solely by student fees. In most classes, a minimum of 15 students is required to start a class. If less than 15 students eroll in the class, hours of instruction can be decreased or fees can be increased for the class to continue or the class may be cancelled.
Since offering classes is determined by the number registered in the class, no class fees will be refunded for any reason if requested more than three business days after the first class meeting. (Refund request must be in writing or an email to acalanes.k12.ca.us) There will be a $25 service charge for any refund made. In the event that the class is cancelled by AAE (for any reason) a full refund will be made.
