Residency Verification - IN PERSON FOR 9TH-10TH GRADERS ONLY

Please bring all of the necessary items: Residency Verification (we will make copies)

Weekdays from July 29th - August 12th at ACIS from 8 am - 3 pm

11th & 12th Grade Students | No Residency Verification needed. 

Log into your Aeries PASS Parent Portal account and complete the fall registration and residency verification process.

• Documents you will need:
  • Residency Verification Documents: electronic copies of residency verification documents to securely upload during the residency verification process.
  • Registration Email: emailed to all parents on July 25th outlining the registration process and specific information needed to add additional student(s) to a parent account (student ID number, home phone number, verification code).

You will receive an email after you have completed registration. Save the confirmation email.  Your student(s) will show this email when attending walk-through registration day on August 12, 2024.

Note: Registration and data verification for 11th & 12th graders can only happen through a parent account. If you are logged in as your student you will not be prompted to verify data.  9th & 10th grader residency verification can only be done in person at your home school site.

Walk-Through Registration - Eagle Day

Students will attend walk-through registration from 1:00 - 3:00 in Room 201 (The Nest).  ID card photos will also be taken on Eagle Day.  

Textbooks

Students will be picking up textbooks on Eagle Day (Aug 12th) this year. If students have any textbooks from the previous school year, they should bring these for drop off.
