  • Landmark College Visit
    April 24, 3rd Period
    Landmark College is a global leader of integrated teaching methods for students with learning disabilities (like dyslexia), ADHD, and ASD, offers two and four-year degree options and summer programs for high school and visiting college students.) Sign up in advance on Naviance.

  • Senior Signing Day Celebration

    Seniors, the college admissions process is coming to an end and the College & Career Center wants to applaud your efforts!  All seniors - whether you are attending a four-year or two-year college, taking a gap year, or entering the workforce - are invited to attend this celebration. Wear your college t-shirts or class t-shirt.

    Western Association for College Admission Counseling’s (WACAC) annual College Fair provides students with the opportunity to meet representatives from colleges and universities from all over the country and beyond. Pre-register here.
  • DVC Viking SEA Day for Seniors
    Saturday, May 13, 8:30am
    Diablo Valley College will be hosting Viking SEA Day on May 13th to assist graduating high school seniors with completing their enrollment steps and registering for summer and/or fall classes.

    We highly encourage students to complete the orientation, assessments, and an educational plan (COUNS 095) before the event; however, students will still have the opportunity to complete these steps on the 13th, as well as register for summer and/or fall classes.  The day will also include campus tours for both students and parents, lunch, and raffles.  Workshops specifically designed for parents will also be offered.

    This is an excellent opportunity for students to catch up by filling in any gaps in their enrollment process and take advantage of the May 13th priority registration date available to matriculated graduating high school seniors.

    Students interested in participating should RSVP by Tuesday, May 9thwww.dvc.edu/vikingseaday.

    Students should bring to the event: their DVC student ID number, a photo ID, and two copies of their unofficial high school transcript and test scores.
