Welcome to the Las Lomas Health Office

My name is Lea Wasserstein. I am looking forward to supporting the school health office here at Las Lomas. For the past 10 years, I’ve worked in the Intensive Care Nursery with the tiniest of patients. I’ve learned so much about patient-centered care and working in collaboration with families for the best possible outcomes. I am excited to be at a high school where I can support the students and staff with my critical care experience as a nurse. When I’m not here at Las Lomas, I am busy spending time with my family which includes my husband and son and daughter. I enjoy cheering for Bay Area sports teams, watching my kids learn new activities and playing golf with my husband.

The school nurse position is part-time, so when I am not on campus, we have a health aid to support the students with any minor medical needs.

My hours are as follows:

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays:   9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Wednesdays:  8:30-12:30
