Membership Information
    CSF is an honor society and membership is based on semester grades.  Students need to apply each semester. Students who are members at least 4 semesters from 10th-12th grades are recognized at graduation. Refer to the application form for eligibility and membership requirements.
    To apply, students must turn in a completed application form to the counseling office and pay the semester dues of $5.00 on the web-store during the membership period.

    Fall applications accepted Sept 1-30.   
    Spring applications accepted  Feb. 1 - 28
    If the deadline is on a weekend, paper applications should be turned in before the deadline.  The webstore will continue to accept payments until 11:59 p.m. on the last day.  Students can also email a PDF of a completed application to an advisor before 11:59 p.m. on the last day to meet a deadline.   No late applications will be accepted.
