Business Services
The Business Services division of the Acalanes Union High School District provides services that are integral in assuring that students receive a quality education. Specifically, we deliver the financial resources of the school district in the most cost efficient and effective manner possible for maximizing the available resources for the instructional programs of the District. In addition, the Business Services division is responsible for providing financial services, clean, safe and well maintained facilities, technology support, food services, facility use and aquatics scheduling. Fiscal Services
The Fiscal Services department is responsible for the budget and accounting of finances, student attendance, payroll, purchasing, benefits, and associated student body funds of the District schools.

The Facilities, Maintenance, Grounds and Transportation department assures safe and well-maintained schools for students, parents, faculty, support staff, and the community. They are responsible for providing a preventative maintenance program, the planning and implementation of the District’s Master Plan, the Deferred Maintenance program, the Energy Management program, the Integrated Pest Management program, grounds upkeep and athletic and field trip scheduling with transportation vendors.
