• Intro to Engineering Design: This course provides a solid foundation and introduction to Engineering and Design. Students dig deep into the design process, applying math, science, art and engineering standards to hands-on projects. Beginning with some basic sketching, students work both individually and in teams to design solutions to a variety of problems.  Then students bring their designs to life using 3-D modeling software and 3-D printers.


    Prinicples of Engineering: Principles of Engineering is a foundation course of the high school engineering pathway. This survey course exposes students to some of the major concepts that they will encounter in a post secondary engineering course of study. Through problems that engage and challenge, students explore a broad range of engineering topics, including mechanisms, the strength of materials and structures, automation, and kinematics. The course applies and concurrently develops secondary level knowledge and skills in mathematics, science, and technology. This course follows introduction to Engineering Design course and is an part of an engineering course sequence.


    Digital Electronics/Robotics: From smartphones to appliances, digital circuits are all around us. This course provides a foundation for students who are interested in electrical engineering, electronics, or circuit design. Students study topics such as combinational and sequential logic and are exposed to circuit design tools used in industry, including logic gates, integrated circuits, and programmable logic devices.
