PROVIDE RESIDENCY VERIFICATION: IN PERSON FOR 9TH AND 10TH GRADERS AND NEW STUDENTS ONLY.  RETURNING 11TH AND 12TH GRADE STUDENTS DO NOT NEED TO VERIFY RESIDENCY.

9th and 10th grade parents/guardians must bring in all of the necessary items for Residency Verification on the following days:

• Weekdays from July 29th - August 12th

  • Miramonte High School Attendance Office

  • 750 Moraga Way, Orinda CA 94563

  • Open from 7:30am-4:00pm

• Wednesday, July 31st- Extended Hours

  • Miramonte High School Attendance Office

  • 750 Moraga Way, Orinda, CA 94563

  • Open from 7:30am-8:00pm

• Thursday, August 1st- Extended Hours

  • Acalanes Union High School District Front Entrance

  • 1212 Pleasant Hill Road, Lafayette, CA 94549

  • Open from 4:00pm-8:00pm

Office Staff will make copies of any necessary paperwork needed to collect for verification.

ALL STUDENTS: COMPLETE ONLINE DATA CONFIRMATION 

Complete Online Data Confirmation through your Aeries PASS Parent Portal

• Detailed directions for completing the process can be found here: Fall Registration 2024-2025.

• If you do not have an Aeries account portal, please click here.

Information you will need:

• If you have not logged into Aeris PASS Parent Portal before, please click "Forgot Password?" and enter the email address the school has on file for your contact information. All parents, even parents of new students can use the "Forgot Password?" to reset their account. If you do not know the email address we have on file, please contact the registrar Kyley Jacobs via email at: kjacobs@auhsdschools.org.

You will receive an email after you have completed registration. Save the Confirmation Email.  Your student(s) will show this email when attending Mats Day on August 12, 2024

• Make sure to check your Spam folder.

• The email subject may read “Do Not Reply”.

WEBSTORE 

You will be able to access the MHS webstore during the online registration process. In case you miss the webstore during the online registration process, use the following link: Miramonte Fall Webstore.

• Purchase important items including an ASB package, yearbook, parking pass, and other items

• Donate to the ONE-Miramonte to ensure we can continue to offer core programming and essentials for our students.

• Donate to Boosters to support athletic programs

• If you need assistance with the webstore, please contact Veronica Erickson at verickson@auhsdschools.org.

MATS MERCH

• Go to Mats Merch to order amazing Miramonte Spirit Wear. The online store closes on June 30th for delivery on Mats Day. The store will reopen on Mats Day, August 12th for delivery in September. SPORTS REGISTRATION 

 All student-athletes are required to complete their Online Sports Registration and medical clearance for athletic participation.

• If your student is planning to participate in a sport, please complete the Online Sports Registration.

• Fall Sports begin on Monday, August 12th.

MATS DAY: WALK-THROUGH REGISTRATION

Students attend Mats Day on Monday, August 12th according to the following schedule:

• Grade 9:

  • All 9th Graders: 9:30am - 12:30pm

    • All 9th grade students should arrive at 9:30am and report to the Miramonte Gym for orientation and walk-through registration. All 9th grade students will complete their orientation and walk-through registration at 12:30pm.

• Grade 10:

  • Last Name A-L: 9:00am - 9:30am

  • Last Name M-Z: 9:30am - 10:00am

• Grade 11:

  • Last Name A-L: 10am - 10:30am

  • Last Name M-Z: 10:30am - 11:00am

• Grade 12:

  • Last Name A-L: 12:15pm - 12:45pm

  • Last Name M-Z: 12:45pm - 1:15pm
