Mr. Paul Verbanszky

Paul Verbanszky (he/him) has been a teacher at Campolindo since 2004. He has taught World History, U.S. History, Government, Economics, Psychology, and AP Psychology. He is currently teaching AP European History and advises the Yearbook. Additionally, he is the coach and advisor of Campolindo's succesful Academic Decathlon team that has won the National Championship title in medium-sized schools in 2013 and 2014. 

He and his wife, who also teaches at Campolindo, are the district coordinators for the AGATE program and are busy parents of two daughters. When not teaching, the Verbanszkys enjoy traveling domestically and internationally. Currently, Mr. Verbanszky is attempting to see all 50 states before turning 50.

He is proud of his Hungarian heritage but promises not to make Hungarian history the sole focus of his AP European history classes.
