Tech Support

The Technology Department has implemented an easy online system for submitting technology requests.  Staff may request tech support by logging into the Del Valle Education Center Helpdesk Portal using your school issued Google account.  To submit a technology request, please use the following:

• Del Valle Education Center Technology Portal: https://auhsdschools.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1
• To assist staff with using the portal, a tutorial has been created: https://youtu.be/LEpPfOnw0pI (turn on your captions).
• As a reminder, staff will need to use their auhsdschools.org account to use the system.
