Enrollment and Registration

Welcome to the Acalanes Union High School District!
Enrollment and Registration begins July 27.
All NEW students looking to enroll in the Acalanes Union High School District will have to complete the following steps in person and by appointment at the school site:
- Provide the school registrar's office with:
- Current Residency Documents (one item from each group showing name and residence address).
Group 1
Current Rental/Lease Agreement
WITH the following:
-Parent/Guardian name(s)
-Manager or owner name & telephone number
-Verification of occupancy for 2020-21 school year
* Does NOT include rented portions of a house or
apartment or agreements formulated by relatives
Current Property Tax Bill (online copies not accepted)
Current Homeowner’s or Renter’s Insurance
Policy or Declarations (not a bill or statement)
Group 2
Current State or Federal Tax Returns
WITH W-2 or 1099 attached
Current Payroll Check Stub
WITH name & address (not a personal check)
Current dated correspondence from an official
government agency not used in group 1:
· IRS/Social Security/Child Support/Foster Care
· Voter Registration/Polling information (if recent reg. in CA)
· Jury Summons/Subpoena
· ANY Current Document from Federal, State, or County
agency excluding DMV
- Transcripts from last school attended
- Immunization Records – California schools are required to collect immunization records for all new student admissions, TK/Kindergarten through 12th grade, before entry. For more information, visit shotsforschool.org.
- Complete the School’s Enrollment Packet
- Meet with a school counselor to schedule coursework
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the surge in Covid-19 cases, we request that you wear a mask at all times during your office visit, bring copies of your documents and bring your own pen for safety and convenience.
Returning and pre-enrolled students must verify residency on-line to receive class schedules beginning July 27. Interdistrict transfer students may verify residency on-line by providing a current AUHSD letter of Interdistrict approval. Please check your school site for additional information.
Your school of residence is based on the student's street address. Please visit the School Finder to determine your school of residence before beginning the registration process.
