Register early for all classes.(Then you won't be disappointed if your class is full or canceled.)Getting Started with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides - 4 Class Sessions This introductory class covers the most common Google applications: Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Slides. Topics include document sharing, uploading, downloading, and document control strategies. For each application, Guests will learn to create new documents, edit, or convert existing MS Office equivalents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and understand key differences.
While a basic understanding of word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software is helpful, it is not required. Guests can bring their own PC or Mac with Google Chrome Browser installed, or use the lab computers. A Google account (Gmail) is necessary for course exercises.
