    Tiger's Breath Qigong Part 1 - HYBRID - 10 classes        

    Tiger’s Breath Qigong, a movement form similar to Tai Chi, enhances balance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Class also includes Qigong posture and breathing techniques to use in everyday life and acupressure points to enhance your energy and immune system. Part 1 and Part 2 don’t have to be taken in order. This class will meet in person (room 303) and online.  (All students will be sent a link to join the class if one wishes to attend online.)

    Vinyasa Yoga: Mindful Movement - Wed 10 classes, Fri 9 classes           

    Uniting mind body and spirit through movement and breath work. A gentle flow yoga class to ground oneself and find ease on and off the mat. Incorporating meditation, breathing and fundamental yoga poses to improve strength, flexibility, and quiet the mind. *Friday class: No class 2/16

    Hatha Yoga for Strength and Balance - 9 classes - Hybrid Class 
    Come join in this yoga class that will focus on yoga postures to increase strength and balance with a strong focus on stretching and strengthening muscles. We will connect breath and movement, as we move through a series of yoga poses. The class is open to all levels. Students supply their own mat.

    TAP DANCING
    BEGINNING DANCING WITH LETTIE - 10 classes                  

    Dance to great music!  In this adult beginning Tap dance class, you will learn the basic tap dance skills: how to put steps together to make and create a dance -flaps, shuffles, timesteps, riffs, etc. and how to count rhythm.
