    Barre Fitness: Strength, Balance, and Grace - 8 Class Sessions

    This course combines ballet-inspired movements with strength training, Pilates, and flexibility exercises to improve posture, balance, and muscle tone. Barre Fitness is a low-impact, full-body workout suitable for beginners and experienced exercisers alike. Guests will build endurance, core stability, and confidence in a supportive, motivating group environment.

    Lab fee of $10.00 is to be paid to the instructor at the first class for required resistance bands and small resistance balls.

    Buddha Palms Qigong, Part Two - 6 Class Sessions

    Buddha Palms Qigong, an ancient Daoist practice, is a powerful meditative Qigong form for cultivating inner harmony, boosting healing energy, and harvesting vital Cosmic Qi. Class also includes Qigong movement practices and acupressure points for self-care and deepening your experience of this multi-faceted Qigong form. No experience necessary. Parts One and Two do not have to be taken together.

    No class is held on: November 11, 2025 and November 25, 2025.

    Cardio Endurance: Energy, Strength, and Stamina - 8 Class Sessions

    This no-equipment class focuses on building cardiovascular endurance through dynamic, bodyweight-only exercises. Using interval training, agility drills, and core-focused movement, Guests will improve stamina, burn calories, and boost overall energy. Each session is designed to be accessible yet challenging, with modifications for different fitness levels.

    Gentle Yoga - 9 Class Sessions

    Gentle yoga flows through poses connecting breath to movement. Creating a union of mind and body while working on strength, flexibility, and balance. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced practice. We will practice movement and meditation while connecting as a community. Bring a mat and a smile. All are welcome.

    Hatha Yoga - 9 Class Sessions

    Hatha yoga is a practice emphasizing posture and breath. This slower-paced style utilizes props to aid in holding static poses for extended periods. Classes incorporate a blend of dynamic and relaxing postures alongside breathing exercises. Suitable for all experience levels.

    Zumba: Dance Your Way to Fitness - 8 Class Sessions

    This fun, high-energy dance fitness class combines Latin and international rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography. Zumba improves cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and mood while burning calories. Each class offers a full-body workout disguised as a dance party, with routines designed for all levels and optional intensity variations.
