Acalanes Adult Education offers:

CHINESE, FRENCH, ITALIAN, JAPANESE AND SPANISH CLASSES

Our language classes, from first-year classes through advanced classes emphasize communication by laying a strong foundation in grammar and vocabulary.  Classes also include culture and conversation. 

Textbooks may be required.

Language classes start in Fall Q1 and continue through the Spring Q4.  

A complete year of Language is a, b, c & d: "a" is offered in the Fall Q1 session, "b" is offered in the Fall Q2 session, "c" is offered in the Winter Q3 session, "d" is offered in the Spring Q4 session.

Students must meet the prerequisite for any of the language classes either through our language program or from another educational institution.  Class prerequisites are listed after the name and level of the class.
