    Dream and Nightmares: Introduction - 4 classes        

    This class will explore several aspects of our nightly dreaming and working with one’s dreams.You will be taught how to increase dream recall, record dreams, and learn about dream symbology, as well as be introduced to ways of working with your own dreams practicing with various individual exercises. There will be an extensive resource list which will include books and other resources.
