How do I make an appointment to receive support from the Wellness Center?

Students can refer themselves to the Wellness Center to request school-based counseling in several ways:

Walk in the Wellness Center, which is located in the Counseling department across from the Attendance office, during the hours of 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, and speak with Liana McCann, Wellness Intake Specialist, or with any Wellness Center staff member. Your information will be delivered to the Wellness Coordinator who will follow up with you to schedule an appointment.

Call the Wellness Center directly via telephone at (925) 280-3956 or email chswellness@auhsdschools.org to request an appointment. 

Complete a Wellness Referral form which will be delivered to the Wellness Intake Specialist and Wellness Coordinator who will contact you to schedule an appointment.
