If you have reasonable suspicion of abuse or neglect to a child by parents or other caretaker who has custody of the child, you must contact Contra Costa County Child Protective Services (CPS) at (877)-881-1116 and fax the Suspected Child Abuse Report Form within 36 hours of contacting CPS.
