Register early for all classes.(Then you won't be disappointed if your class is full or canceled.)Registration starts 2/19 @ 8am--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Creative Writing - 5 classes What thoughts or emotions are you currently experiencing? What would you like to express? Whether or not you have a clear writing goal, you are invited to join a class community to develop ideas, skills, and creativity. Each week we will start with an in-class writing exercise. Then we will share the work we have completed at home, which can include whimsical or serious prose, poetry, fiction, non-fiction, memoir, or essay. All genres are welcome. Finally, we will follow a safe critique process that offers supportive feedback and encourages us to enjoy the writing process.

The featured poets include Nobel Laureates, American Poet Laureates, and modern and contemporary voices. The poems offer a range of perspectives on aging, from humorous observations to philosophical and spiritual reflections. Guests may find that these poems provide valuable insights on their own aging journey.
